法国零创设计公司是世界著名的建筑设计公司之一，主流业务是城市规划、旅游规划、建筑设计三方面，总部设在法国巴黎，已经历了20多年的全球市场检验，公司在法国、美国、非州、日本、香港、新加坡、中国、欧州其它国家都创造了很多有影响力的规划项目和建筑设计。

    法国零创设计公司的创历人吕锡荣(Wing Lv)博士为法籍华侨，毕业于巴黎美术学院——建筑与工业产品博士，师从建筑大师贝聿铭博士在欧洲各国从事城市规划、建筑设计、园林设计及室内设计长达20年。

    法国零创设计公司驻中国的工作室于2006年落户成都，同时与成都来也旅游策划公司形成国际战略合作联盟，结合中国本土公司对地方情况的了解，以世界的眼光与工作经验为中国客户提供能与国际发展同步的专业服务。

    ATELIER DE LA REGIE is one of the famousest architectural design company of the world. The company is based in Paris, and focus on three types of projects: city planning, tourism planning and architectural design. During the past 20 years, the company created many influential planning projects and architectural designs in France, US, Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and some other European conturies.

    Dr. Wing Lv, the founder of the company, is a Chinese with Frenth citizenship. He graduated from Academy of Fine Arts, Paris and gained the Doctor Degree in Archithctural and Industrial Product. Then, as a disciple of Dr. Ieoh Ming Pei, the architectural master, Dr. Lv was engaged in urban planning, architectural design, garden design and interior design all over Europe as long as 20 years.

    In 2006, the Chinese workroom of ATELIER DE LA REGIE was settled in Chengdu, and an international strategic alliance was founded between ATELIER DE LA REGIE and VENITOUR, Chengdu to supply the professional services for Chinese customers through combining the global vision and practical experiences with the understanding of local market.
